Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer refunds in the following cases:
- 📦 Lost package — If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and tracking shows no movement, please contact us and we will investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- 🔧 Damaged or defective item — If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
